In this video, I share kind of a stupid story from my pre-EEOC life to make the point.
Nobody can do this FOR us.


When the discrimination happened, I went looking for someone else to fix it. Someone at NASA should have fixed it. (EEOC agreed with me about that.) But nobody did.

EEOC didn’t fix it either. But at least they made NASA compensate me for some of the HARM they did. I WAS thier VICTIM. But to win at EEOC, I had to ditch the victim mind set and become my OWN rescuer.

I had lots of HELP. But there’s so much in the process that we have to do ourselves.
