Many times a commercial inspection will involve taking one or more core samples of the roof. A core sample is the best way to understand what is underneath the top layer of roof material, and what condition the layers beneath are in.

Finally, after the inspection concludes, your roofer will provide a professional report of the findings to you. This will include photos taken during the inspection, an overall grade of the roof's condition, and any repair recommendations the roofer may have.
