¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook In Low Heat
Cook Until Caramelized
Pour In a Mould
1 Tspn Ghee
2 Medium Grated Carrots
Roast For 1 Min.
½ Cup Milk
Cook Until Carrot Soften
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Pour In Blender
1 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
½ Tspn Vanilla Essence
Blend Smooth
Pour Over Caramel
Boil Some Water
Steam For 30-35 Min.
Cool Down For 1 Hour
