Save yourself a lot of money by using a universal knob on a cooktop designed to use only proprietary knobs. I bought my model 790.31003600 cooktop with serial number NF63720316 from Sears but the high capacity burner is right next to the plastic temperature knob. It's bad engineering but now I'm stuck with it.
