This weekend, our alumni team is in the nation’s capital for our Metro D.C. Alumni Pau Hana event. This #AlumniAroundtheWorld spotlights Elise Inouye (BA ‘17 UH Hilo), Press Secretary for Hawaii U.S. Senator Mazie Hirono.

On a day-to-day basis, Elise helps the Senator communicate how current policies will impact and benefit our local communities. In this video, she shares how her time at UH Hilo helps her in her profession today.
