Among Us is a multiplayer video game developed and published by the American game studio InnerSloth. It was released in 2018, but gained immense popularity in 2020, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the game, players are randomly assigned roles as either crewmates or impostors on a space-themed setting. Crewmates have tasks to complete around the map, while impostors have the ability to sabotage and kill crewmates while pretending to be one of them.

The goal of the crewmates is to complete all of their tasks and identify and vote off the impostors, while the goal of the impostors is to kill all of the crewmates or sabotage the ship to the point of failure.

Players can communicate with each other through in-game text chat or voice chat, and there are also emergency meetings where players can discuss and vote on who they think the impostor is.

The game is won when either all the tasks are completed by crewmates or all the impostors are identified and ejected from the spaceship. The game is known for its simple yet addictive gameplay, colorful graphics, and the ability for players to deceive and manipulate each other.
