Partition Of Punjab 1947 II How Sikh Left the Village? is the video of Bashir Ahmed jut about his memories of Partition of Punjab.
He born in this village before of partition and his grandparents were among other settlers came here after the British Land reforms of Punjab. as world best canal system was made here. Farmers of east Punjab from village Bibi Di Pandori from Jut clan Pansotay, started their new life here along with neighboring Sikhs villages close by it.
This was of Muslim village along with few homes of working class like carpenter, he was Sikh and Hindu Shop keepers. all was working very fine and every thing was quite normal, but when partition was announced and news of troubles in east Punjab reached here and effected both major communities at large, Sikhs and Hindus here and their lives become worth less jut like that of Muslims in the East Punjab. Fearing Sikhs left these village in haste, when were being attacked by mobs. He shared those incidents and role of their villagers. Hindus left safely and Sikh Family was kept safe, as he felt for his children future life he migrated from this village and was sent with tears. but he shared after hearing news of Muslims suffering at the Hands of Sikhs and Hindus, they started to take revenge here and train was cut down in front his village.
