Paints are shear sensitive liquids that can have a variety of solvents and pigment load concentrations that bring with them abrasive wear and chemical compatibility concerns.

When compared to AODD pumps, Viking Pumps offer consistent, non-pulsating flow and can be operated with electric motors, which increases efficiency and avoids the need for an air compressor.

The 4624B Series™ are cast iron with abrasive resistant sealing options. These pumps are low shear and have capacities up to 180 gallons per minute.

4127C Series™ pumps are 316 stainless steel with high viscosity and abrasive resistant sealing options. This series has low shear capabilities and capacities up to 320 gallons per minute.

And finally, the 1124A Series™ is cast iron and utilizes Viking Pump's O-Pro® barrier seal, which prevents leakage and resists abrasives. They have hardened iron bushings and a hardened steel shaft. These pumps are low shear and have capacities up to 400 gallons per minute.
