This one couldn't be any easier and you can make it ahead of time to save yourself some stress!

1 brick cream cheese softened to room temp
1/2 cup pecans (measure and then chop with food processor)
8 ounces extra sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
2 teaspoons minced parsley for color
1 cup dried cranberries

mix all except cranberries together well and form into a ball. Lay out plastic wrap and sprinkle cranberries across the plastic. Roll the cheese ball around, coating the ball with the cranberries. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
