Russian Satellite Breaks in over 100 Pieces in Space | Subscribe to Firstpost

According to U.S. space agencies, a Russian satellite broke into over 100 pieces, forcing ISS astronauts to take shelter. The RESURS-P1 satellite, decommissioned in 2022, broke into pieces near the ISS on Wednesday. The U.S. Space Command is tracking the debris and reported no immediate threat. NASA said astronauts sheltered in their spacecraft for about an hour.
