Gosh, this is a series I hoped would come back cause I enjoyed the anime a whole lot back in the day when I was a kid. Now Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX are remasters of the games that came out on the PS1 and have a distinct V-Pet/Digital pet raising simulator feel to them as you raise your Monsters and have them fight other monsters during their lifespan. I have been enjoying these games a lot so far. I honestly hope that the remasters do well enough for Koei Tecmo to work on a new game in the series but I am already happy that it's getting a revival through these remasters!
