Recipe of Wheat Flour Laddu.
Atta Ladoo or Godi Hittina Laadu is a traditional winter sweet made with wheat flour, sugar and ghee. Atta or wheat keeps the body warm, so it is mostly considered as great food during winter. It can be had as a snack any time of the day.

INGREDIENTS :
Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
Ghee - 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Nuts (Cashews & Almonds) - 1/2 Cup

METHOD
1. Dry roast the chopped nuts.
2. Dry roast the wheat flour till its colour changes and it becomes aromatic.
3. Add the roasted nuts, Cardamom Powder, ghee and continue to roast until it binds properly with ghee.
4. Switch off. Let it cool.
5. When slightly warm add the powdered sugar. Mix well.
6. Take small portion of the mixture, press with your palm to get a round shape.
7. Store in airtight container and consume within a month.
