UNBROKEN - Part 1 - My 2023 Redemption Story - Bethany Flores

This is the story of one of the most important competitions in my entire life... Semifinals 2023.

This was the first competition I had participated in since my back injury had sidelined me in 2022, and after I was unable to compete at the CrossFit Games in 2021 due to Covid.

Determined to prove to myself and to the world that I'm one of the fittest women on the planet, this documentary follows me behind the scenes as I fight for a qualifying spot on my path to redemption.
