PFI Worker Detained By UP STF In Lucknow, Anti-India Documents Recovered | English News

Abdul Majid was detained by the Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh Police after a raid behind the Vibhutikhand bus terminus in Lucknow. It has been cleaned out of electronic devices and inappropriate books relating to PFI and ISIS. When Majid attempted to flee the city, the STF apprehended him. The STF said that Majid was encouraging Muslim youths to join PFI, thereby expanding its network. Majid is thought to be the special of PFI chief Mohammad Wasim, who was taken into custody in Lucknow's Indira Nagar. Following the Unlawful Activities Act, Majid was detained (UPA).
