The SU-8 is a Premium Russian Attacker that has FOUR 45mm cannons with 80mm of penetration! You absolutely do not want this thing anywhere near your tank!

The SU-8 is really victim to its own armament. This plane is EXTREMELY heavy and large and the additional bombs and rockets you can carry make it even more unwieldy.

Overall this Russian Plane in War Thunder can be fun if you can make it work. The SU-8 in War Thunder was available on the last Battle Pass but you can still pick one up on the Gaijin Marketplace.

Russian Aircraft in War Thunder are usually quite nimble so this was definitely a challenge to use.
