Instructions:

Bootloader should be officially unlocked & TWRP must be installed.

For Clean Install:
1- Reboot into Pitch Black TWRP
2- Wipe: Factory Reset
3- Wipe: System - Data - Cache - Dalvik/ART Cache – Vendor - Cust
4- Flash Pie firmware (in case coming from Oreo based ROM)
5- Flash the ROM – MiUI MS 9.9.3 {Single file, Gapps & Magisk 19.3 included}
6- Reboot System
