Making pizza & solo car camping at Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine Beach - self care at camp

In this episode I run away to the east coast of Florida again for a weekend of self care - this time St. Augustine Beach - after another tough week culminating with some devastating news for my family. While solo car camping at Anastasia State Park, I take in a beautiful beach sunrise, have an impromptu spa day in my minivan camper at my campsite & have a mini pizza competition for dinner using my Dash mini griddle.
This video is a little on the chaotic side, but I wanted to document my weekend of healing to share with you all. Since filming, I have actually had a new medical diagnosis and some other updates on my chronic illness issues, so be sure stay tuned for the next video, too!
