In the new episode of #KhaaneMeinKyaHai, Kunal Vijayakar is attending the Lucknowi festival by the Barbeque Nation which showcases Awadhi food with the same flavours, fragrances, and elegance that Lucknowi cuisine is known for. He tries everything from their signature dishes like Cajun-spiced potatoes, crispy corn, and butter garlic prawns to delicious mouth-melting kebabs, Lucknowi Biryani and how can we forget the dessert, Shahi Tukda. 😋

Barbeque Nation was founded in 2006 and its first outlet opened in Khar, Mumbai, introducing the concept of live grilling at the table, which was relatively new in India. Being one of India's leading casual dining chains, it pioneered the concept of “over-the-table barbeque” live grills embedded in dining tables, allowing guests to grill their own barbeques right at their tables. 🔥
