This song was written at a time when I was in a long distance relationship and I was sad about being far apart from him. If you’ve ever been in a long distance relationship you’ll know how it feels. If you are missing someone right now, go ahead and share this song with them! It might make them smile. :)

This song was also inspired by the Winnipeg band “The Weakerthans”. I like how they incorporate mundane and every-day words into their song lyrics. For example their song “Time’s Arrow”. Check it out!
