2) It shows the company is profitable and strong enough to issue more shares.

3) More people can now afford the stock which means the volume trade increases and this is what company wants this is exact opposite of MRF Shares.

So stop buying RIL because post the bonus announcement the stock has rallied but it doesn’t make sense to invest now...
