In a shocking turn of events, both Urshifu-Rapid-Strike and Volcarona were banned from the OU tier today following another OU council vote. This is the first time either has been banned from OU, with Volcarona being a common OU threat for over a decade. This is likely the last council vote for bans before suspect tests are done, with Zamazenta-Hero looking to be the first.
