Home Appraisal is Low | How I Saved My Refinance

So My Home Appraisal is Low! Like seriously seriously LOW! If like me you have experienced this unhappy result allow me to share with you how I managed to turn around a Low Home Appraisal, or in my case a Low Duplex Appraisal and get the result I wanted just 3 months later.

So there I was, looking extremely handsome and also being very humble, you know the usual, smack dab in the middle of a refinance that would have saved me 600 dollars a month on my mortgage payment when I get the bad news. Halo Infinite is getting delayed until 2021!!!!! Ok ok just kidding, though that was bad news, no my appraisal, the only thing standing between me and a significant amount of additional money in my pocket each month came back at 485k instead of 550k.

Well where did I go wrong. Unable to admit that the fault could have been with me I decided to leap into action and blame everything and everyone else possible to make myself feel better. Can you tell i'm a millennial?
