In his presentation, he spoke about why procurement is crucial and what factors impact the efficiency of procurement. Further, he discussed the challenges of traditional procurement and suggested necessary solutions to overcome these challenges. He also highlighted the present challenges which digital procurement is facing. Further, he talked about the future of procurement - AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT, Bots, etc. and how these latest technologies will transform procurement in the coming years.
