This video is a humble glance of Utthana Yoga Kendra.

We provide holistic yoga classes to all the age groups. Our Yoga teachers are well trained and certified, have proven experience in teaching Yoga . We do take care of Covid-19 protocals before and during classes to ensure the safety of the students or participants. We have spacious and well lit Yoga hall to conduct yoga classes. We provide, Astanga yoga, Holistic Yoga, Senior Citizens Wellness Yoga, Lifestyle Yoga, Prenatal Yoga for women, Therapeutic Yoga , Various types of Kriya techniques. Apart from group classes , we do provide one to one private classes to meet individual needs.

All our teachings are essentially derived from Ashtanga yoga and Hatha Yoga, reinforced with concepts of the Pancha kosas. We address health issues faced by individuals of all the age groups through Yoga therapy, in collaboration with Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy doctors.
