This is a sweet little sipper!

I got the idea for this cocktail when I reviewed the Drumshanbo Marsala Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, and I wanted to make a cocktail featuring marsala wine. When doing my research, I discovered this riff on a classic Manhattan cocktail recipe, which swaps out the vermouth for Marsala wine!

Marsala Manhattan Cocktail Recipe
60ml Marsala Finished Whiskey
30ml Marsala Wine
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
