If you are using fragrance oils or Essential oils with a polysorbate 20 mix 1 to 3, most will work fine and clear up right away or within a few minutes. If the solution does not clear up and stays milky or a cloudy white then you need DITECLEAR. DiteClear is a specialy formulated solution that cligs to the white particals that form when the fragrance and polyborbate 20 mix is added to water. Then brings those particles to the surface of the solution in the form of a thin film. Simply remove the surface film and the solution is ready to use.
