Xing Yi, Tai Chi, and Ba Gua are three major internal martial arts in China. Xing Yi Quan can strengthen your body and cultivate your heart and nature. Xingyi Quan mainly combines five 5 Elements form with twelve kinds of animal techniques which formed by absorbing the advantages and features of dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, alligator, cock, swallow, sparrow hawk, snake, Chinese ostrich, eagle, and bear. Also, the form contains the Xing Yi fist forms, applying the principle of the practicality of skillful attack and the method of reflecting the meaning by the shape.
