ဒီနေ့ရဲ့ အမှတ်တရ အစီအစဉ်မှာတော့ Bokashi Myanmar ရဲ့ Co-founder တစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ Ko Inda Aung Soe ကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်ထားပါတယ်။ မီးဖိုချောင်ထွက်အော်ဂဲနစ်အမှိုက်တွေကို ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုပြီး မြေဆီလွှာကောင်းမွန်ကျန်းမာလာစေဖို့ကို ထဲထဲဝင်ဝင်လုပ်ဆောင်နေပြီး Bokashi Composting ကနေတစ်ဆင့် ဘယ်လိုမျိုး Waste Management သေချာလုပ်ဆောင်လာနိုင်မလဲဆိုတာ လမ်းပြပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Bokashi Composting အသုံးပြုပြီး နေ့စဉ်မီးဖိုချောင်ထဲမှာ ထွက်နေတဲ့ အော်ဂဲနစ်စွန့်ပစ်အမှိုက်တွေကို မြေဆီလွှာတွေကို အားဖြည့်ပေးတဲ့ တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့ မြေဆွေးအဖြစ်ပြောင်းလဲရင်း မြန်မာမှာ လူနေမှုဘဝတွေကို တစ်ဖက်တစ်လမ်းကနေ မြှင့်တင်ပေးဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်တဲ့အကြောင်းကို ဆွေးနွေးပေးထားပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီးတော့ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးလုပ်ကိုင်တဲ့တောင်သူတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင် မြေဆွေးလုပ်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ မြေဆီလွှာအရည်အသွေးလည်း ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာမှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ရေရှည်မှာ အဆင်ပြေလာမယ့်အကြောင်းကိုလည်း နားဆင်ရမှာပါ။ ဒီမြေဆွေးကို အသုံးပြုလို့ ရလဒ်အနေနဲ့ Food Security တိုးမြှင့်နိုင်ပြီး တခြားနည်းလမ်းတွေ သုံးရတာနည်းလာမယ့်အပြင် သန့်ရှင်းကျန်းမာတဲ့ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုပါ ဖန်တီးလာနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာမှာလက်ရှိဖြစ်နေတဲ့ Waste Management System တွေနဲ့ Recycling System တွေအကြောင်းလည်း မျှဝေထားပါသေးတယ်နော်။
