In the middle of my journey from #Hyderabad to #Bangalore, my car broke down around 12:30 AM. Exhausted, I pulled over, switched on the AC (but not the engine), and fell asleep for about an hour and a half. Suddenly, I was awakened by strange noises and several malfunction alerts on my car’s dashboard.

In a panic, I contacted Tata Customer Care, and they swiftly sent a mechanic who arrived within two hours. It turned out that my car’s battery had drained completely. The mechanic recharged the battery using a spare he brought along, and thankfully, the issue was resolved.

Though the roadside assistance (RSA) was free under my car’s warranty, I tipped the mechanic ₹500 for his prompt help in such a critical situation. Feeling relieved, I resumed my journey to Bangalore.
