High above me in the treetops you can hear the call of my neighbor the White-Collared Kingfisher (Todiramphus chloris).

This is one of those noisy friends I love having over for a visit.

This is filmed in Cebu 2015, Philippines, outside my house one morning. This particular Kingfisher is a regular here and have been around for the last few years. The White-Collared Kingfisher call can be heard from early morning to late in the afternoon.
