2 cups Jasmin rice
3 snow crab
1 lb large shrimp
1/2 celery
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/2 cup onion
1 tspHaitian Epis
1 tbsp Minced garlic
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
fresh parsley
