Costco羊腿肉巧做孜然羊肉，💯鲜、嫩、香，堪称散装羊肉串❗

天气越来越冷了，正是吃羊肉的好时候，我分享一种做法可以保证羊肉又嫩又去膻，还特别入味儿。

Ingredients 用料:
1.6 lb (680g) lamb leg 羊腿肉
1 tsp salt 盐
2 tbsp ground cumin 孜然粉
1/4 tsp white pepper 白胡椒粉

1 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp cooking wine 料酒
