I rant and sometimes calmly discuss the USS Wisconsin dockyard ship which is very strong unless you don't know how to aim, and combines my two favourite things about battleships which are consistent accuracy and HE spam resistance with a side of screw your planes.

Captain build is standard tank but dropping a 3 pt basics of survivability/improved repair skill for the 2pt AA skill and the 1pt emergency repair skill
