In today’s video, I’m soaking in the sunshine and sharing a calming art therapy practice that helps quiet the mind, release stress, and reconnect with creativity. This session is all about slowing down, enjoying the process, and allowing art to become a form of self-care.

I’m working with printed coloring pages and acrylic markers—my absolute favorite—while enjoying a warm cup of coffee. I chose to color bird illustrations, keeping the process simple and relaxing. You can blend multiple colors or stick to just one; there are no rules here. This video is about being present and letting your creativity flow naturally.

As you color and your mind becomes calm, I also talk about how to manifest through art therapy. When your mind is quiet, start affirming your goals and stay in that energy for at least 20–30 minutes. Remember, during this time, you’re not just affirming your goals—you’re creating them.

Art therapy is powerful for all ages. At our studio, we’ve seen how art therapy helps kids who struggle to sit still become calm and focused for long periods of time. Coloring, sketching, scribbling, or painting can truly transform energy and emotions.


If you’re a beginner, you can simply print out coloring pages and start right away. You can also create from your imagination—draw flowers, leaves, birds, shapes, or even scribble freely to release stress. Different colors often reflect different moods, so trust what feels right to you.

You can keep your colors, markers, or a sketchbook at your workplace too. Whenever you feel stressed or have some free time, take a few minutes to color and bring calm back into your day.🤩😍
