Homemade Formula L Biscuits

3 1/4 cups Formula L Biscuit Mix
1 1/4 cups whole buttermilk

Using a large bowl, stir together the biscuit mix and buttermilk until just combined. Do not over stir.

On a floured surface, pat or roll out the biscuit mix to approximately 3/4 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and place in a greased pan.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 450° preheated oven. Check for doneness. If they are not completely baked, add two or three minutes at a time, until they are baked to your liking.
