New Order Live GMEX 1986 (Bootleg / Autosuggest Repair)

This performance by New Order was originally recorded by Pete Johnson and Mike Thornton, remixed at Strawberry Studios by Chris Nagle — produced for Piccadilly Radio by Mark Radcliffe.

My favourite bootleg of my favourite band performing at their peak in a beautiful set full of shit-talking and classic New Order tracks. It's one of the few bootlegs where you can hear the crowd singing and hear a real sense of joy in the whole performance — especially from Bernard (Particularly in Face Up).

The only copy I could find must have originally been recorded to cassette and had subsequently aged and warped. So the original was significantly slower / out of pitch.

I have tried my best to restore this and I believe its quite close, however if you are aware of a better quality version of the original please get in contact.
