Angriff! Painting Bolt Action Blitzkrieg Germans [How I Paint Things]

German uniforms went through a dizzying array of updates and alterations throughout the course of the Second World War, but until the tail end of 1943 you'd still see infantry marching to the front in these tunics and jackboots.

The iconic look of the early war uniform is recreated here in two stages, so if you're looking to throw reinforcements on the tabletop as quickly as possible or you'd prefer to spend a little time on perfecting their look, you can follow along to either stage until you're happy with your results.
