Kicking off the Shadow Work series with this much needed healing. We all have shadows from our past and that may feel like they're haunting us today. These shadows can be trauma experienced, things we've done that we regret, a difficult period in our life, negative patterns, secrets that we've kept inside. These shadows are not to be feared. Instead, seek to understand them. Why are they still haunting us? What can be learned from the experiences and actions?

Let's send healing energy these seemingly dark shadows and transmute them into light, so we can become better because of our shadows. So, we can have a greater awareness and move forward with clearer intent. We don't have to release the shadows as they are a part of you. They are what contributed to you becoming the person you are today. It's up to you to decide how you want to take the lessons learned and apply them to your life today and moving forward. Embrace your shadows. Hold a sacred space for them.
