I visited Yokohama IEKEI ramen restaurant called Asagaya.
This ramen restaurant serves amazing quality of IEKEI ramen.
IEKEI ramen is one of the most popular ramen in Japan.
It's based on pork and chicken and some other broth.
But we don't call it Tonkotsu or other name.
This is already well know as IEKEI so if we say IEKEI, Japanese people normally think this type of ramen.
I guess IEKEI ramen is not really popular in the world yet, but IEKEI ramen tastes awesome.
Try IEKEI ramen and come to Asagaya to have traditional style of IEKEI ramen.
You'll be crazy about it.
