Airfried Mini Samosa & Chutney -

Sharing No fry healthy mini samosas with a special chutney. I’ve removed the unhealthy Maida and replaced it with nutritious wheat flour, making our samosas not only delicious but also guilt-free! And to top it off, these samosas are air fried, giving you all the crunch without the extra oil.
Ingredients:
For Dough:-
1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta)
1/2 cup Semolina (Suji)
1 spoon Ghee (alternatively oil can be used)
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds (Ajwain)
1/2 tsp Onion Seeds (Kalonji)
For Stuffing:-
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Onion Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida Powder
2 finely chopped Green Chillies
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Black Salt
Salt to taste
3-4 chopped Cashews
Boiled Green Peas
Boiled Potatoes
For Chutney:-
1 cup Water
3 tbs Jaggery (Sugar is optional)
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp Black Salt
Salt to taste
1 tsp Corn Flour diluted with water
Method:
Take 1 cup Wheat Flour in a mixing bowl
Add 1/2 cup Semolina (for crisp)
Add 1 spoon Ghee
Add 1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds
Add 1/2 tsp Onion Seeds
Add Salt as per taste
By adding Water gradually knead a tight dough
Cover the dough and rest it for a while
Further heat 2 tsp Oil in a pan for stuffing
Add 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Add 1/2 tsp Onion Seeds
Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder
Add 2 finely chopped Green Chillies
Add finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1 Turmeric Powder
Add 1 tsp Cumin Powder
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Black Salt
Add Salt to taste and fry well
Add few chopped Cashews
Add boiled Green Peas, mix it well
Add boiled & mashed Potatoes
Further roll out few balls from the dough prepared
Flatten the dough ball in oval shape
Cut it into two parts
Give it a cone shape and add the stuffing inside
By applying water on the edges cover the cone
(Make more Samosas with the same procedure)
Arrange all Samosas in air fryer
Brush Oil on them and air fry at 180⁰ for 15 min
To make Chutney:-
Take 1 cup Water in a pan
Add 3 tbs Jaggery and boil until it melts
Add 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Add 1 tsp Black Salt
Add Salt to taste and again boil
Add 1 tsp Corn Flour diluted with water
Stir continuously to avoid getting lumps
Take Samosas on a serving plate
Enjoy Delicious Crispy Mini Samosa with Chutney
