Stumping Black Screen Amstrad CPC 464 Repair

This Amstrad CPC 464 had resisted all previous attempts at being repaired. And since I like a good challenge and I have a soft spot for Amstrads, I decided to take it on. The symptoms were a black screen with no video signal at all. It turns out, multiple faulty components made this repair more challenging than usual.
