The Experts

💡Simone D’Alessandro, Professor of Economics at the University of Pisa, Italy. His main research interests involve inequalities, ecological sustainability and degrowth, he has also developed a model to assess the socio-economic impacts of post-growth policies.

🌱 Julia K. Steinberger, Professor of Ecological Economics at the University of Lausanne, studies the balance between resource use and societal well-being and she is also a contributor to the IPCC 6th Assessment Report.

👥 Sascha Nick, CO2-monitor CEO, EPFL scientist, and BSL professor. His research topics include well-being, low energy demand, Net Zero, and societal transition pathways.
