Our foam insole and midsole tooling is the most inexpensive tooling in the footwear market. At $8,000 for 15 sizes, we can make it in 2 weeks. After we are done with the tool, we put it in a grinder and about 50% of our new tool comes from our old tool.

How is it sustainable? We could save billions of gallons of water because our process doesn't use water to cool the tool. Instead, we put it on a rack to dry and let mother earth do her job. We don't use any steel, thus avoiding the grease and silicone of a conventional tool that pollutes the earth.
