here the measurements are

sole width 4.5 cm ( maximum portion)
sole length 13.5 cm

half circle length 8.5 cm
width 6.5 cm

back elastic portion
sole attached Portion length 9 cm
top elastic portion length 8 cm
width in centre 5 cm
in two ends 4.5 cm ( decrease 0.5 cm at the ends)

before cutting the fabric.pleae joint the three parts together like a shoe.then the all measurements are correct ( not too much length from sole part ) cut it in fabric this pattern

also you know one more .if you have only sole length and width (please take the large size of sole width and length)
