Ohmic Contacts Between Metals and Semiconductors, Lecture 46

The Ohmic contact is presented as a matter of quantum mechanical tunneling in heavily doped metal-semiconductor junctions. I finish with a comparison of Ohmic contacts versus Schottky diodes.
