THE 4K FAULT - There's some good news and some bad news... but mainly good!

For quite a while now I have been mentioning what I call 'The 4K Fault'. This is because I found five 4K discs in my collection in a short space of time which would no longer play all the way through. The sound would skip, the image then started to break up and in most cases the disc would eventually seize altogether meaning a reboot of the player was required. I had to wait a while to investigate more thoroughly but I have now done that and having re-watched around 35 to 40 more 4K discs I had in my collection only one more with the 4K fault has turned up.
