Daughter Restores Mom's 1968 Camaro

How far would you go to restore something that's been in the family since it was built in 1968? Would you spend 16 hour days? How about sleeping in cars in a Bodyshop to get maximum time in? This is exactly what Anne Marie had to do in order to make a dream a reality. The dream was simple: to restore her mom's old camaro she had bought way back when. After it became too rotted to keep on the road it was put out to pasture (literally) where it sat for decades. Then one day in 1998 during the biggest ice storm in Canadian history Annie Marie arrived armed with a S10 pick up and a landscaping trailer. She recovered the car and began her epic journey to preserve persona, automotive history. Today this car is driven in all its glory by Annie Marie herself. Folks this is one hel of a story. This also marks history for this channel as Anne Marie is the first woman to restore a car on this program. Kudos to you Anne Marie for inspiring car builders all around the world and breaking barriers!
