Protein Red Lentil Buns (no yeast, no egg, no flour, no oil)

Ingredients (4 buns):
200 grams | 7 oz. red lentils, raw
20 grams | 0.7 oz. ground flaxseeds
20 grams | 0.7 oz. psyllium husk powder
4 grams | 1 tsp baking powder
3 grams | 1/2 tsp salt
75 ml | 2.6 oz. water
2 grams | 1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tbsp applecider vinegar
60 grams | 2.1 oz. seeds of choice*

Note:
I used pumpkin seeds and white sesame seeds.
