Follow along, as I explore the Okavango Delta, by bush plane, riding along with Ian Chamberlain, a pilot for MackAir.

In 2019, this region is in the midst of a severe drought. Join as we fly to the safari lodge airstrips, and view the Okavango Delta from above.

The Freight operations to nearby Safari lodges, before we head out to the Kalahari later today. The ground crews quickly remove the seats to reconfigure the Cessna Grand Caravan EX, for the cargo operation.

With Botswana's large concentrations of birds and animals, this area is perhaps one of the best places to view animals and birds in Africa. It is one of Africa's last remaining great wildlife habitat and provides refuge to huge concentrations of wildlife.
