Ingredients:
Sugar 40 grams
Flour 40 grams
Strawberry essence a few drops
Strawberry Color as required
Whipy whip cream as required
Fresh strawberries as required
Eggs 4
Method:
Mix egg and sugar and make it fluffy. Now add strawberry essence to it. Then fold the dough by hand. Now grease the tray with clarified butter and add all the mixture and bake it at 160c for 7-8 minutes. Then cut and fold fresh strawberries.

New York Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Cheese 30 grams
Cream Cheese 300 grams
Sugar 90 grams
Condensed milk 90 grams
Eggs 2
Flour 22 grams
Vanilla essence 2 to 3 drops
Lemon juice 16 grams
Cream 150 grams
Digestive Biscuit base 150 grams
Butter 80 grams

METHOD:
Add cheese, cream cheese, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence, cream, lemon juice. After that, mix the flour well. Now add eggs and mix them and put them in the mold and press. Then make a base of butter and chopped digestive biscuits and put this mixture in the mold and bake for 40 minutes. Finally, serve with frosting.
